How to get started

Email Assistant works right after setup on your store. The Outlook and Gmail add-ins are optional, bringing the draft panel inside your email client.

Install Email Assistant on your store

Install the Email Assistant app from your platform's app store, connect your support inbox in settings, and Sensbot starts reading and drafting replies immediately. Drafts go to your email draft folder automatically.
