- Is a credit card required to start?
- No credit card required on Shopify, Shoper, or Upgates — just install and the trial starts. On IdoSell, billing runs through your IdoSell admin, so no credit card with Sensbot is needed there either.
- How does billing work on IdoSell?
- Plans are managed inside IdoSell admin under Apps > Subscriptions. You set a charge limit there to activate a paid plan. There is no Sensbot invoice and no separate Sensbot account — everything goes through IdoSell. The 30-day trial starts automatically on install.
- Why are trial lengths different across platforms?
- Each app store sets its own rules. IdoSell offers 30 days, Shopify caps trials at 7 days, and all other platforms give 14 days. The product and pricing are identical regardless of where you install.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- You choose a plan and continue, or your chatbot or assistant pauses. Nothing is charged automatically during the trial period.
- Can I switch plans or cancel?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your platform admin. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
- Do I need a separate plan for each product?
- Yes, Chatbot, Email Assistant, and FAQ Generator each have their own plan. If you run more than one, contact us, bundle pricing is on the roadmap and we can put together a combined plan now.
- What counts as an AI task on Store Copilot?
- Anything the copilot does for you in the admin: a chat reply, a scheduled daily briefing, a low-stock alert, a bulk price update. Reads and writes both count. We use "AI tasks" so the meter reflects work done, not message volume.
- Can I install Store Copilot on Shopify or Shoper?
- Not yet. Store Copilot launches on IdoSell first. Shopify, Shoper, and Upgates are on the roadmap. Chatbot, Email Assistant, and FAQ Generator are already available on those platforms.
